While I know that there are many great parents that get matched up with children who truly are desperate and need loving families, I also have seen young children treated as commodities. It's sad that this young girl who was sexually abused by her biological family was placed into a home and then given away as unwanted and sexually violated again. The girl will need loads of therapy and probably never get to lead a normal life.

The fact that her adoptive parents, particularly the adoptive father whom the people elected into a position of trust, has broken the trust of a young child.
