Late 1800's the case of Santa Clara County VS Southern Pacific RR. Miracles do happen.

To stop the insanity of SCOTUS, we need that Constitutional Amendment AND the ability to "Charter" removed from the State and forced to the federal level, PLUS the applications made on a one-by-one basis.

Truth will catch on.
