How many times have we read about someone who “had been on the radar”? I the office I used to work there was an old guy who seemed bitter. I never talked to him enough to know his issues. But he used to go into detail with a female coworker about he could set up across the street on the roof and start shooting. She told him it made her uncomfortable but he persisted and was finally called in to the big boss and attornies. Even then from from what I what I heard he wouldn’t disavow what he’d been saying. They fired him, and rightly so.
