not being conducted by the Phoenix PD since the officer has resigned. $225.,000 of the loan went to her business partner rather than employee pay checks. Toni Richardson sounds like a total sleazeball and I'm glad that she was caught and indicted. Among her crimes were producing a fake set of books to justify receiving the PPP loan which demonstrates her criminal intent. She has forfeited her reputation and should be ineligible to work with any law enforcement organization. Lock her up!
