Yesterday

Sade? I love her style, but she had minimal hits & she didn't exert any influence. So, no.
Mariah Carey? Great voice, disposable pop. So, no.
Billy Idol? Maybe. Several hits; high impact videos.
The Black Crowes? Mayor, though I don't get the appea.
INXS? 100%. Unique sounds, many hits.
Iron Maiden? Highly influential, so yes.
Jeff Buckley? M'eh
Joy Division/New Order? Hard yes. Great influence over the synth rock genre.
Lauryn Hill? Great singer, but HOF?
Luther Vandross? Definitely. Super popular in his day, wonderful soulful voice.
Melissa Etheridge? Not enough hits
New Edition? Hard no. Flash in the pan; manufactured act.
Oasis? Well, duh.
Phil Collins? Well, duh.
Pink? I'm a fan. Her Live At The Funhouse concert film is one my faves. But, no.
Shakira - Hard no. Autotune queen.
Wu-Tang Clan? Very influential, so yes.
