I knew Mick Ralphs was in BC, and I was a huge Mott The Hoople fan. His leaving Mott & joined up with Paul Rodgers was cover story news in Circus magazine.
So, I had to hear what they sounded like.
I was not disappointed, even though that wasn't the music I was listening to back then
