The only jazz guitar player he liked more was Tal Farlow.
It was more like 1A & 1B for him.
So, I heard quite a bit of Wes growing up.
This song is right from Wes's playbook. Single note soloing for several passes, then the jump to his signature octaves, which he goes back at the end.
Very cool.
