I have two sites that stream 24 hours with no commercials.

For classic there's The St Louis Classic Rock Preservation Society. It offer seven stations depending on your preference. All free without registration:

But lately while I'm at dialysis treatments I like to hear more unpredictable off the wall music, both old and new. The appropriately named "The Gamut" out of Washington DC provides commercial free music that runs the gamut from classic rock to Johnny Cash, Dua Lipa, or The Cure. You never know what's next.
