So what software and/or apps do you use for selling? [View all]
For the longest time I used Amazon's free Price Check app. It gives lots of information on media listed on Amazon - including the lowest new and used prices along with all other prices (overkill) and the product pic. I don't think it was designed to be used as a seller's tool though, but rather as a comparison shopping tool. Still, it's free and gets the job done. My only problem with it is you can't get the sales rank on a product - a very important piece of information.
I recently switched to iBookSeller. The app is $.99 with a $1.99 additional charge for bar code scanning functionality. Designed with sellers in mind, it not only gives the lowest new and used price, it doesn't clutter the screen with other prices AND it gives the sales rank:
On edit: The multiple prices on the Amazon app is a benefit because it tells you how much competition you have to sell the product. But I prefer having the sales rank. It's a trade off and I sometimes use apps but iBookSeller has become my preferred one,
BTW, I bought the above DVD at a yardsale new, factory sealed, for $.50
Lately I've been wanting to keep track of my expenses - what I'm spending on each piece of inventory, gas, postage, shipping materials and even food while I'm hunting.
I'm using an app called Expenditure. You enter you expenses and profits into various categories. It displays a continuous net profit for the month. And you can export the info to e-mail in an excel format.

For $1.99, I'm generally happy with it but very open to alternative suggestions.
