11. Auction was at a farming community town of less than 200 people

Farmers paid up for just about everything except the Cadillac. What really surprised me was when the auctioneer
started on the car he mentioned everything he thought might be wrong with it from sitting 10 years plus he
never told us bidders it was low mileage. I doubted that car would bring good money at a farm auction is the
reason I went and I'm glad I did. Farmers want pickups and large 4 door cars, not luxury sports cars with
bucket seats that sit low to the ground. This widow would have been better off with a charitable tax deduction.
And we know an auctioneer would never encourage that scenario.
