It depends on the overall condition, and it would cost money for her to find an electronics shop that works on CB radios, HAM radios, etc., just to test it out and see what it needs. The cost to fix it, if you can find parts, is where you run into money. Capacitors, tubes, realignment, etc.

I'm in no way trying to steer anyone wrong, that is for sure. I'm just trying to help someone, and may wind up buying it myself as a gift for my cousin. If for any reason I don't buy it, she is free to do what she wants to with it. Actually, she is free to do what she wants to with it right now, but we are discussing a deal via PM so PayPal addresses, real names and home addresses are not out in the open.

By all means, if you, or anyone else, is interested, please feel free to PM her and make an offer. The way I see it is that it's "first come, first served & money talks".
