2. True, but I love how Bill Maher disassociates himself by using the term "super rich."

Being rich enough to make a campaign donation of $1 million, as Maher made to Obama in 2014, just doesn't cut it anymore?

As as aside, more and more, I come to think of the New Deal and the Great Society as attempts to ensure that Americans did not revolt. From Ancient Rome to the present, wise tyrants, benovolent or not, have provided bread and circus to stave off revolts. George III, the Kings of France and Tsar Nicholas failed to learn that lesson.
