Wealth and debt responsibility started with David Stockman and his trickle down methodology,were you cut the Wealthy tax burden by so called broadening or flattening the tax code. Which in Lehman terms means shift it on the larger mass of tax payers or the working dummies. Sold this bag of snot to the masses as a tax cut for everyone. And it's been down hill ever since. Loaded up the country with debt owed to Wall Street Bankers,sound familiar,and the rest is still called austerity were we have to make due with less and less.
