The one caution I would advise, no matter what brand of butter you buy, is to be careful not to let bread crumbs get in the butter. That can happen if you have spread butter onto whatever, decide it's not enough and go back for more with bread crumbs stuck to the knife. The bread crumbs will get moldy.

I'm careful about this, but my husband is not.
