But in place with a lower price range & I was down sizing sure. I just don't like windows that are at eye level that close to the ground, where someone can just climb in. It would have to be up on some sort of support. Bogota is more expensive than national average, by like 25% or so.
Zillow says it was $2500. last year.

I don't think there is a livable 2nd floor. The pictures show a pull down stairway to the acttic.
