How can anyone be so cruel as to leave a dog tied up like that? Those people have no heart. Thank God there are wonderful people who make it their life's mission to save animals who are mistreated like that.

And what a wonderful ending! I am overcome with happy tears. If only all the animals in bad situations could be rescued and allowed to live their lives as they were meant to be.......

If only some people weren't such incredible assholes......
