On a Cleveland, Oh. station. It was probably a 15 or 30 minute show. I liked Captain Penny. He was dressed as a train engineer. He'd talk a little and then show a cartoon. I remember seeing black and white Krazy Kat cartoons. I remember watching other shows as I got older.
