5. I turned a clock forward last night

left the rest for this morning. My daughter kindly turned a few before I got up.

I didn't sleep well, one of the worst nights in awhile. I thought it was because of the time change or the weather, maybe something I ate. When my alarm went off, I staggered into the kitchen and noticed I hadn't taken my sleeping pill. First time I've ever done that and I hope the last.

Well, no matter what time, there is a nap in my future!
