I'm so glad this dog was saved. Look at how sweet and joyful she is after everything she's been through. It brings tears to my eyes. How anyone can treat such a loyal, loving being so inhumanely is beyond me. One of the attorneys where I worked was a huge animal lover and we were discussing a case of animal abuse that was in the news and I said "I can't believe anyone would treat a poor, defenseless animal that way" and she said "Why are you surprised? Look at the way people treat other people."
