16. I love tai chi! I leaned 1/3 of a form in a class...

Yesterday

Which I practiced regularly for about 5 yrs, then tapered off.

A few years later I learned a differ form from a PT who was learning from a teacher in Chinatown.
I developed a text, and special simple drawn figure illustrations from the side, and above.
Did that for 5 years, then tapered off. I made a very nice version that i gave a copy to the PT, as a TY bc, wr met 1xs wk during her morning break.

I remember a little, and do the "cloud hands" part with a bit more.

I keep thinking I should relook at my notes/drawings. They're somewhere!
I attribute partly having no chronic pain at 72 3/4s to those 10 solid yrs of it plus the 4 yrs off tapering off.

Ty for reminding me. Going to put a reminder on my phone! 👍
