I'm reminded after reading a couple of news posts this morning that there's some things that I can affect the outcome of and that's what I need to pay attention to.

The rest is only adding unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to do better for each other, without getting lost in things we can't impact.
