it was fabulous! I dipped a few bites in raspberry preserves that we had on hand. We will definitely be doing that again!
Usually, we use sharp cheddar.
When Im on my own for dinner, I will sometimes make Velveeta grilled cheese. I know! I know! Growing up, that was our go-to cheese. But, I crave it on ocassion!
