19. Oh yes, Mrs. Oleson and Nellie

I have Alison Arngrim's book Confessions Of a Prairie Bitch. Melissa Gilbert and Alison Arngrim were besties on Little House on the Prairie and still stay in touch.

They both said they had problems with Melissa Sue Anderson (Mary Ingalls) and that she was sort of difficult to get along with and so both kept their distance.

Maybe Anderson was shy and couldn't find her footing during filming. Who knows. I just find it interesting.

And all the kids on LHOTP said that Katherine MacGregor (Mrs. Oleson) was the nicest lady ever in real life. Yay!!!
