Lived through that for the last couple days… 22 degrees with even a 15mph breeze is close to 0 if not a little below. Doing any lightly strenuous work remember to cover your face …warm the air before it hits your lungs…your heart will thank you.
I’m a Northman through and through….days like these there’s no foolishness allowed.
