I would first like to say that movies that are not widely known are subjective to each individual and what each individuals generation is.

I'm not familiar with the movie It Happened on 5th Avenue because that's not my generation. I can't even find the movie Five Easy Pieces which is frustrating.


Here's a few Christmas movies that hopefully fit the bill as not widely known.



Christmas For A Dollar (2013) Brian Krause, Nancy Stafford






The Walton's Homecoming (1971) Patricia Neal and Andrew Duggan. I like Michael Learned and Ralph Waite much better as Olivia and John Walton.

Not technically a Christmas movie but I would like to mention the movie Simon Birch because this Christmas Pageant scene cracks me up every single time.
