I thought it had something to do with YouTube itself. It eventually resolved without any action from me. It was annoying while it lasted.

It is probably your VPN (virtual private network). Turn it off and the Youtube videos should load fine. waterwatcher123 Nov 24 #1
What is weird is even if it did pop up, I just ignored it and the video came on. Now I am being taken to UTube and efhmc Nov 24 #2
