I hated them and my mom used to make them a lot. They smell and taste like sewer.
I swore I’d be part of breaking the cycle with my daughter but every damned foodie restaurant here has their take on it and she likes them.
The honest truth is that every recipe has one goal - make them not taste like brussel sprouts. You could do what some recipes do to a shoe in an effort to make them edible.
