I love most sushi and sashimi. Not this.
From Google - Uni sushi is a Japanese dish made from the gonads of sea urchins. It's a delicacy that's often eaten raw as nigiri sushi or sashimi. Uni has a creamy texture, light, sweet, and briny flavor, and is sometimes served with a raw quail egg.
The uni I had was absolutely horrible - it not only tasted awful, but also felt furry in my mouth. I'm told maybe it wasn't as fresh as it should have been. I've never been brave enough to try again.

I don't like lima beans, flash frozen vegtable are just are healthy as fresh.
