19. My sciatica flared up so bad a few weeks ago I could hardly walk

My primary care doctor gave me an Rx for a taper down regimen of prednisone and that knocked it right out the very first day. Sometimes you just need something to make the inflammation go down so you do those stretches that will help keep it at bay. I hope you get some relief!
