I discovered Monk Fruit in the Raw. Seems pretty healthy and only takes a tiny amount for my coffee. You can check it out.
Best part is it has that name because it was used by Buddhist Monks for centuries. Not very cheap either, but like I said it only takes a little bit.

I quit cigarettes...cold turkey. I just knew I had to. Haven't quit sugar, I guess it's harder.

I gave up sugar by using 1/2 tsp in my cups of tea instead of 3 tsp per cup. That was done by cutting back
