4. Some of those guys are good. I watched a guy using a mini excavator. The bucket was only about 12" wide and small.

He was digging for a pipe in a sketchy area and I swear he could have been at an archeological dig hunting artifacts. When got down to where the pipe was supposed to be he started gently moving dirt like he was using a spoon and a brush. And when he need to move, he'd swing the bucket around and push and lift himself to a new position. I was in awe, and that doesn't happen with me very often. That guy could have combed hair without hurt you.
