6. I had a molar pulled and an implant placed

but it is next to a space where I had another molar pulled and not replaced. It has been 15 years with the gap one and it is fine.

I have another missing upper that is vaguely noticeable. I lost it in 2017. The dentist tried to get me to replace it but I really didn’t want an additional dental surgery cost of thousands and an additional pain. Nothing like paying a ton of money for pain!

My advice is your mileage may vary but for me it was a good decision to leave the 2 open. If more go I will have surgery. I think it is a crime that teeth matter for older folks as far as health yet it is treated as a privilege of money. At least I had a choice unlike poorer folks.
