These have all my requirements for the perfectly flavored potato chips. Hot and spicy in a full-spectrum way, unlike the one-dimensional searing heat one gets from the current generation of hot chips from most chip makers (Lay's, etc). Dip them in yogurt or sour cream based dips if you need to cool them down a bit, or just have a glass of milk or a milkshake around. The 2 oz bags are the perfect one-serving size, too. Honorable mention go to Zapps Voodoo Heat and to Walkers Sweet Thai Chili Crisps (from the UK). Lay's Masala chips, sold regularly in India but a "limited edition flavor" for the U.S. this year, aren't half bad either. Available at Amazon, of course, if not sold in your area.

I wish Lay's would bring back the chicken fried steak flavored chips from four or five years ago.
