Yet there isn't one frame showing that vandals damaged the reflecting pool.

In order to feign credibility for the lie, the Trump Administration CANNOT ADMIT that the reflecting pool is under constant video surveillance. So they simply ignore the fact and blame.. someone... anyone for Diddling Donny's destruction.
