3. I want to agree with Dr Reich, however we have seen this scenario before.

Friday

Trump does something outrageous; some in Congress are miffed and make statements. Johnson panics and gets the House into recess. When they come back, they vote whatever that is Trump wanted because, meanwhile, they got threatened and taken to the woodshed by Trump goons.
