Years ago in a middle class neighborhood in Meadville, PA as a child our next door neighbor was
the county D.A. and his brother was Ray Shafer the Governor of Pennsylvania and to this day he was
the finest man I have ever met and a Republican too. For some reason he liked to talk to me as I
was fishing in the little lake behind our houses. He would have had zero time or tolerance for Comer
