4. I support American workers

Overwhelmingly Black and Hispanic Americans are over represented in the industry, so if you are supporting US truck drivers, you are supporting people of color. I personally don't care about someone's ethnicity, but I do strongly support American workers. The Democratic Party is for the little guy and driving a truck is one way a person can make a living in America.

When there are more jobs than workers, incomes and working conditions improve, it's very very basic economics, supply, and demand. Of course anyone is free to support large corporations abusing workers, free country and all, but myself, I'll always support the blue collar worker trying to support himself, and increasingly herself.
