than the oil. Folks like Musk and Thiel (and other tech types) may be more interested in those resources.

I know the oil companies here in TX will proceed carefully in that country (they are interested in profit; it's a risk if they put a lot of money into development & then the country is taken over by a regime that shuts them out).
