for any recruiting of their peers that they did at Epstein's behest, which at least 2 (I know of offhand) admitted to having done, as minors and perhaps beyond? One of these 2 said in an interview that she believed (the other one of the two) wasn't "coerced into anything", and hence deserved $0 compensation, and should be facing charges similar to Maxwell's. But she was allowed to have that opinion (while she still lived), the rest of us have decided against it, and it seems the DoJ has agreed.

This name is surely one of the victims, and not a perp, by this universal social calculus, and that's why its redacted.
