And also I've been wondering why the "Speech or Debate" clause doesn't sheild her from criminal prosecutor.

What WILL shield her is if she gets to defend herself in a criminal trial, her defense will include a presentation (in court and before a jury) of all the evicence that would have been presented the now dismissed J6 trial.
