Should be the equivalent of the one they ask us when applying for insurance:

Has the insurance company ever denied or delayed approval for any treatments?

If the patient’s condition got significantly worse during such delay or denial we should have a RICO-like remedy, where the insurance company should have to pay the patient 3x what the recommended treatment would have cost.
