From the wiki:

Strategic lawsuits against public participation (also known as SLAPP suits or intimidation lawsuits),[1] or strategic litigation against public participation,[2] are lawsuits intended to censor, intimidate, and silence critics by burdening them with the cost of a legal defense until they abandon their criticism or opposition.

He found a judge with a great right-wing record. In California there are laws against SLAPP. A good reason for a Bond villain to move to Texas. He's already lost one suit in California. The judge ruled that the suit sought to punish critics.

The Global Alliance for Responsible Media, GARM, an ad industry trade group, has already stopped its work. The suits are having their desired impact. A rep from one org, Free Speech, pointed out that Mr. Free Speech is going after anyone who criticizes him. Billionaire power at work stifling speech.

I fail to understand why anyone sane is still giving xitter clicks.
