excellent insurance for a very low price to low income workers. Think of it like what many mistakenly want when they say Medicare for all.

Note that businesses will legitimately add this to their costs, lowering the profits they pay state and federal taxes on.

I do think it would be better if health insurance were not tied to employment, but that was where we started.
