1. If I'm understanding this correctly, the misconduct was by the government prosecutor.

So now the DOJ is wasting tax dollars again investigating a Democratic city because their prosecutor talked to a juror in a case that probably had no merit since protesters against ICE have a right to protest. Amazing how they have time to prosecute protesters but no time to prosecute the ICE agents who clearly murdered Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
