Of course if his celebration starts looking like a failure, they may announce it to give a reason for it being a giant flop.

I was thinking, Forty minutes of fireworks at that professional level, would have to cost a fortune......just so he can say he had the biggest fireworks display ever in the U.S. ???????? and it was all of his doing??????
