27. So 10 days from now it's a law, except Congress takes the first week of July off, am I right?

Yesterday

They usually split town early on Friday, and they'll be gone all next week. That's the normal pattern anyway. Has anyone (namely Speaker Mike Johnson) taken steps to keep Congress in session while the 10 days are counting down? I doubt it.
