11. Blanche and the DOJ are trying to preempt disbarment procedures for DOJ attorneys

Bondi and now Blanche want to preempt state bar associations from regulating or discipling DOJ attorneys. There is a proposed rule pending in the Code of Federal regulations to accomplish this. I do not believe that these efforts are constitutional and enforceable. Blanche may be hoping that these efforts will protect him.
