WTF did he think he would accomplish by unilaterally effectively declaring war on Iran?
Iran's surrogates such as Hezbolah and the houthis will just lob a few missiles toward Israel or toward ships in the strait whenever a "peace deal" seems possible, because it is not in either of their interests to have Iran have a peace agreement between the US and Iran, and it isn't in Israel's interest to have Hezbolah firing missiles at it.
If these so-called "strategists" who decided that starting this war in the first place was a good idea, why would anyone think that these same people would be able to cement an agreement with the US and Iran, and exclude Israel, Hezbolah, Lebanon, etc. out of the discussion.
The Iran nuclear deal with all its flaws was 1000 times better than what these clowns have come up with, and don't let anyone try to say that it was a "bad deal" because Iran kicked out the inspector. Iran kicked out those inspectors in 2017 because the president at that time, TRUMP, decided it was a good idea to throw away the Obama Iran Nuclear Agreement.
If the main country who crafted that agreement walked away from that agreement, why would anyone think that Iran would allow the inspections to continue is beyond me. The US under trump said that deal was null and void.
What should have been done, and would have been if we didn't have a sociopath in the WH TWICE, is using the Iran Nuclear Deal as the framework to correct its deficiencies, instead of bombing the crap out of Iran.
I also blame the f**king voters who thought it would be a good idea to have someone who tried to overturn and election, and incite an attack on our capital, to vote him in for a second term. and that includes THOSE who refused to vote for the Democratic candidate, or didn't vote. They own this disaster, and the ONLY ones who have ANY credibility in my view are those who saw the danger the sociopath in the WH represented, and voted for Harris.
Our country will be paying the price for the STUPIDITY of the American voting public. Those who voted for trump, those who voted third party, and those who didn't vote.
