28. Yes, I'm not sure why anyone would just assume this administration is providing real numbers.

It has reached a point where judgment of most statements issued by this administration should be withheld or assigned a low probability of truth until some other source provides a reason to assign some degree of confidence to the statement. My intuition puts my initial confidence at .25, for the Bayesians lurking. Not a crypto expert. At best, I’m guessing they’ve actually seized little of that number and have just identified amounts and wallets that they’ve officially sanctioned and can no longer can be safely traded in US, and perhaps ally, regulated exchanges (peer to peer and non-allies may still be safe).
