1. Trial by jury of one's peers is the most fundamental right we have and this is good news as far as I'm concerned

So sad to see it’s only a 5-4 decision, though. This decision fundamentally protects EVERY American and should be applauded.

If the decision had gone the other way, then 12 MAGAts would sit on every jury and people of color would forever have lost their right to a fair trial. Only 1 vote kept us from this disaster.
